Happy Aloha Friday Yoga Time! We are blessed to have Coach @evah_8 back home with us. Not only is she a certified Yoga Instructor, she brings back a vast knowledge of basketball on both the varsity and collegiate level. Through Yoga we will be less injury prone and have a better sense of self. It will help keep us balanced on both ends of the floor along with having a good sense of being in the classroom. Welcome Home and have a wonderfully blessed weekend.
